NL 200, 25K checkup...
It's been a nightmare. I am at 45% win @ SWDN, have LOST $54 with KK, and I am down $208 at this level.
I am still barely rolled for 200NL, but I think I need to move down. Not sure what's going on. Any advice would be appreciated. I posted some hands at the hand history forum.
Sorry it's so small, for some reason I couldn't figure out how to make it bigger. I hope it is readable.

Your Vpip is to low in my opinion. Here from position to raises or to limps you should be calling Axs, any pp, sc, sg. Or if you are comfortable you should be raising many of these from position preflop. I believe at this level the key is preflop selection as the those preflop raises with AA/KK are not good enough to fold to you when you hit Axs pp sc sg. Also when you do call from position you need to bet at checked pots around 4/5 of the time. Hope that helps. (19 vpip is too tight at this level get comfortable playing those more marginal brunson type hands which are renowned for stacking players)
