I was, you told me my diet sucked...
omg swig nice av gg
Are you all into Lycopene or no?
perhaps it was where i mentioned Lyle McDonald as a very accesible and reliable source for dietary health and bodycomposition issues. im sure it kinda sounds like im plugging him, which i guess i kinda am since i like the guy and frequent his forum, but other than that, not really.
and im sure i also mentioned that there's about as much false dogma in the health and diet community as there is in religion.
go fucking running if you want to get in shape.

Sorry I PM'd ya before I seen this thread. Lycopene is ok as a one of many to add to a anti-oxidant supplementation. I would probably just isolate it and use it for fear of prostate health but as an overall health product. it's like most, it only one part of the system. What are ya trying to accomplish LeFou, Maybe one or two of us can give you a couple different ideas and you can try them. When it comes to health and fitness there is no one"right" way but there are many wrong ones. Alot of times it's comfort level. Wufwugy and me agree alot in that the mainstream "dogma" he claims will mess you up in your persuit of health and fitness.
