i sometimes bet 30 and fold to a raise but c/c also has the same effect.

betting the river kinda makes it a bluff other than maybe A7ish hands. Give some bad hands a chance to try and move you off

where on earth is the value in betting here, against absolutely anyone?? does it concern you that much that you're showing down your hand?

You never bet this river. Check call because the board is moveable. I agree with Rilla. How goes your overall value on bluff snaps Miffed? Not only is there value to be had in this area, but it's critical in keeping the table in line, and sharpening reads.
