stacks are deep, ive been splashing around a lot, villain has played back at me a few times but i came out on top the majority of them. I didnt feel comfortable checking the river. villain has pushed AI on me A LOT after i checked and i havent called yet. hes definitely capable of calling my bets very light

This is very much spew. You don't beat any ace and every draw just got there including clubs and TJ (double gutshot on flop). If the river was the 4s, then you check/call or check/fold. When the river completes every draw and you don't even beat any sort of legit hand anyways, it's not even check call, it's check fold. Betting is horrible.

im not sure, i just said he is capable of it. i wanted to know if this was a decent play given my read, or if there was a better way to play it. for what its worth, i considered pushing. and im pretty sure if i would have checked, he would have instantly shoved. so really i have no clue if i should have shoved, bet more, check-folded, check-called or what given my read.
