What hands give you guys the most trouble? I feel like I lose more big pots to sets (and sets that turn into boats) than any other. For whatever reason, I cannot detect them and I ignore the check/call, check/push (or raise).
How about you guys?

i pay off random two pairs too much
AI reraise on draw and missing.
Sets and weirdo two pair against my overpair
Low trips from board against my big pair
Rivered gutshots and idiot end of straights cracking my sets.
My set vs their flush on sooted flop.
My overpair+NFD vs their sets.
"Drop the hammer!...aww fuck nice hand bud."
I don't worry enough about flushes in hu pots and tend to donate a whole lot on the river.
Boats when I'm holding a straight or flush. Especially weird ones, like when the BB with 23o flops the boat. I paid off two yesterday, one with 23o from the BB like I said, and one with T5o. I've never not paid off AA vs my KK yet, even when it's pretty clear that the opponent is a rock and can't possibly have anything else, and my gut tells me to not call his AI. My sets usually pay off a back door flush. Actually I think a lot of my bad losses come from flushes, both when I have them and when I get them drawn on me...
Uh... Sets over sets? 100% loss rate there. Funny story, first time I dabble in $50 NL games over a month ago or whatever I get raped three times, sets bigger than mine on the flop. I think there were 2 sets cracked by backdoor flushes or straights, and one AA gets caned by a set. Needless to say I sustained pretty bad losses and I whimpered softly and went back to $25 NL for a good long time after that.
i think it helps tremendously to make a firm decision at the beginning of each street of either "I am not getting away from this hand no matter what.", or "Hmm let's see what happens.", or "Theres no way I am paying a single additional bb into this pot."
I have problems believing my AA got cracked.
I expect them to so I pay it all off preflop.Quote:

I do this and thought it was really bad.Quote:
