Certainly smells like a set to me. Being 14 / 4, I can't see what hands he would be playing and betting outside of PPs and AQ+. Of course he came in from the SB but still the reraise says he has this hand won. I would fold.

its nice when players make it this easy for you to fold a second best hand when on the turn you would end up losing a lot more
