Villian is 18/7. Hence I just called, had he a bigger raising range I would have reraised.

I checked the flop because my hand is so obvious. Most weaker hand folds instantly. KQ usually bets the turn when checked to.
River check is because I don't think a value bet gets called enough. Check is to induce a bluff.

I think you got maximum value out of this hand but you let the opponent see two cheap cards. Looks a little nitty to me, no offense. May be up here, but at lower stakes, bet that stuff and KQ is coming along anyways.

Just bet. He's calling with all the hands that would bet, plus others that check behind (K-K, A-A, a flush draw, perhaps T-T or J-J). Therefore I think this play misses value. Also, I generally make this same play with any hand I check-call the flop with.

Your hand is not obvious at all. You could have a lot of different hands after check-calling this flop.

i lead the turn here alot, check raising is impossible against TAG usually

make a big river bet to make it look like a busted flush draw

Check-raising the turn is bad. How often does he even call your check-raise with a hand that you beat? He either folds (even K-Q should fold here given how strongly you're playing your hand) or has an easier time stacking you if he flopped a set.

I didn't see that you also checked the river. Why would you do this? You have trips with top kicker. Make a bet and hope he calls with A-A, K-K, J-J or some other pair.

i guess you are replying to me.....but i said i lead the turn because c/r is usually 'impossible against a tag'

Not really. I was assuming he was checking with the intention of raising. Your post just made me realize that's what he was probably doing.
