Poker Tracker stats

Hi all, I downloaded the poker tracker because I keep seeing people refer to the stats it provides. It's a bit intimidating but I managed to plug in all the people in the ring I was trying to play and it gave me stats on them. Now the percentage they put money in the pot I can understand, the guy on 50% is loose and must be playing poor cards often. I suppose someone with a high raise percentage is bluffing pre flop a lot. What about the big bets per hour? What does this tell me? Are there any threads analysing this data? Or should I just keep wading through the documentation ;-)
