How do I transfer funds from HoldemPoker to my card?

I signed up to Holdempoker and deposited some money using my Visa Electron card, but then when I wanted to cash out I realized that I can't cash out straight back to my card. I can only cash out to NETeller, FirePay, Click2Pay or ePassporte, or they can send me a check.

The only option available to me atm is to cash out through a check, but that's a hassle and it takes a while for the check to arrive. Also, if I cash a US check in England will they charge me extra to convert it to Pound Sterling?

Out of the other options - which one can I deposit and withdraw from, using my Visa Electron card? And which one has the minimum charge?
I looked at all the different websites and ePassporte seemed good, but I couldn't find how much they charge me to transfer money to and from my account.
