Why push the river? The only hands that call you beat you.

All the rest are fine. I play these pretty fast, to ruin the odds of the K drawing to the flush. You can just value bet this and hope the 4th spade doesn't come.

when he raises to $4 im making it a hell of a lot more because its all going in on the turn anyway. If your beat your beat, its a tough laydown outta the sb/bb but get a lot of money in while you seem to be ahead imo

Your raise is awfully small on the flop, Id make it probably $12 to go. On the turn Im not really sure what I think. You have the lowest flush possible, so any flush that calls is ahead, something like AJ is ahead, but You beat AQ, AK, any random ace that doesnt make a boat. I want to get my money in on the turn, I just dont know what the best way to do it is. If you check and he checks behind how do you play it if the river brings 4 to a flush? Or another A, or a J? I think a bigger flop raise would let you push the turn, that would most likely be the least awkward way to get the money in.

$15 or so imo, then it goes all in on the turn with pot size anyway, however gives opp a possible way to get off a worse hand sometimes, if theyre good enough of course

Yea, when I looked at it closer I thought $15ish looked like a good raise. It could also fold out some bigger, but still small, flushes, albeit unlikely.

if we dont lose a stack to a higher flush here we didnt play it right imo. Bad players call here with a lot however.
