PP just offered a reload bonus .. 20 % yada yada yada. It said if i cash out anytime between the bonus week i am not eligible. Does this mean i should always leave some money in my Neteller account for time like these? I have a roll of like 550.00 in my PP account.. Clearify please senior bonus whore proffesionals-

I've had no problem withdrawing money from PP to Neteller and immediately re-depositing it to collect a bonus. That being said, they could void the bonus according to the terms you mentioned. So now I try to keep as close to $500 in my Neteller account as I can.
Deposit it for the bonus, clear, wait a week, withdraw $500 to Neteller, wait for another bonus, rinse, repeat.
Typically people dont have problems withdrawing and redepositing, I keep some money in netelling just for times like these though to be on the safe side. However, I dont wait a week for the bonus to clear, at party you should be safe to withdraw as soon as you clear the bonus.
You should be able to withdraw as soon as you clear the bonus... At party this should take you 2 hours max :)
