if you pot the flop this becomes a much easier call on the turn. I would raise to 40, then lead/call turn, as it's unlikely he has flush.
Also, most playres aren't getting away from overpairs very easily if you play it like this, and if they are, then you can just semi-bluff, and bluff them all day. which is another reason to pot the flop instead of min-raise.
