I know one knock on PokerStars(especially for a beginner like me) is the lack of fish and more skilled players.
How do the lower ring/sit-n-go tables rank? I actually like there GUI a little better and they some cheaper sit-n-go's.
I was on paradise for a bit, but know i'm back on PartyPoker.
I have played both, but not for long enough to give the best answer from personal experience. However, from everything Ive heard the games at Party are filled with more fish and from what I have noticed first hand, there is better table selection there. Id stick with party, but if somebody else suggests otherwise, listen to them over me.
On Stars I find the .01/.02 is TOO loose for me, so I've been playing the .02/.05 and mixing in some SnGs and I've been doing fine. There are plenty of fish on Stars, it's just that there are more people who are at least partially educated on how to play poker, whether it be reading books or being a part of a community like this. Most of them still make a lot of mistakes (myself definitely included)Quote:

Stars also gets fishier by the minute.
Thats just what Agustus thought before he was sucked out on by the chocolate tube! :lol: I play stars and theres plenty of fish there despite what everyone seems to think. There are some good players too but you can soon spot them. Also it is a good interface, doesnt crash my comp is very PT friendly and has a nice bonus thing with the FPP's as well as fast cash outs and helpful customer services. No rakeback is one downside tho. I also played paradise back in the day and had good experiences there as well. However I have never played party so can offer no comparrison.Quote:
