Sb bets .25, BB raises to 1.5, CO+1 folds
i call
folds, folds, Sb calls
turn is 8 s
check, check, check

Check, BB bets .5, i raise to 3$
folds, folds
should i have reraised on flop? preflop?

As played I would just push the flop.
Raise pre-flop, bet/3-bet flop. If bet into, PUSH. From there it gets interesting, but I'm usually in for stacks at that point.
