Let's say you are dealt K Q not suited. Someone raises 3X the BB and everyone folds to you. You are in position. Would you:
A.) Call
B.) Re-Raise
C.) Fold
Also, same goes for other hands like AJ or KJ.
You have no tells whatsoever on any of your opponents in this situation and thus must assume your sole opponent is at least average.
No read, easy fold.
More often than not, when I'm playing here it's a re-raise.

yeah no read you just fold them fast.
I play the hand in this spot in two cases:
1) the cards don't matter cause i'm gonna bluff em out
2) the cards do matter, but i'm ahead of their range, not very far behind their range (sometimes see #1 for this), or i can read their hand very easily post flop.
Fold. I'd rather call this with 78s than KQo.
Why would the most of you fold, is it because it is a trap hand more than anything? The kind of hand you either win a small pot with or lose a big one if you decide to play?
9-max: Folding.
6-max: Raise.
The problem with this hand is that if you are lucky enough that your opponent doesn't have AK or AQ and the flop comes K or Q high - you won't get paid off much by an underpair that doesn't hit their set.
What if no one raises pre flop and it's on you. Then of course you'd enter with a raise correct?
usually i'll fold these preflop if there is no $ to be won other than the blinds.
Winning the blinds is not a bad result with these hands. I raise AJ + KQ from MP and LP, limpers or no limpers.Quote:
