Raising with suited connectors after 2 limpers in front of you or call with suited connectors after 2 limpers ahead of you???
.....Think about this now, if you were to just limp in with SC when at least two players limped ahead of you and the flop comes and you hit a big draw or two pair. Your last to act and everyone has checked to you...If have the two pair, you bet and all fold. If you have a draw, you check on the flop getting a free card and you make your hand on the turn. Both players check to you again and you bet, they fold.
The issue here is the dead money on the flop. If both players ahead of you missed the flop completely most of the time they'll check. Leaving you with nothing but just a cheap pot. However if you raise at least 3X the big blind preflop...most of the time those two callers will call giving you a decent pot on the flop. Even if you missed completely with your SC and its checked to you a 1/2 to 3/4 size bet here gives you a chance to steal a decent pot. Well of course IMO. Anyone has a different one?
Oh and I forgot to mention. What about calling with SC from LP when there's one raise 3 or 4 times the BB and get one caller ahead of you.
Is it more profitable than two players limping in preflop??
