I figure theres a good chance the flush draw will call given the way the table has been playing.

Very good chance he is on flush draw but at the same time he could have A8. Bottom pairs on a heavy draw board are very tricky. I would like to see a blank and push on turn.

Why the minraise? If he's on the draw, you're just giving him odds to call. Raise harder to see if he'll dump his flush draw, and if he plays back you can safely dump I believe. A call is trickier. Like Bo G said, if it's a blank turn I'd push, but if the turn is a heart it's check/fold time, but I think you already knew that.

I agree. With a bet brings purpose. Min raise brings nothing.
