Yes, if CO is tight pre and post flop and you can get away from the hand when he outflops you or reraises you preflop (ie he has what you are representing). How many barrels are you prepared to fire?

Remember that you are risking about $27 to win $13 (simplified model where you either take it down on the flop or you give up) so this needs to work ~ 2/3 of the time for you to break even. Against tight opponents this will work more often than that (you will often take it down preflop too which also helps). Just pick your spots and it should be profitable but don't overdo it.
