dunno if this is dumb and im sure its very table-dependant, but..overall, does more of the profit from this style come from continuation bets when everyone misses the flop, or from "miracle flops" (i.e. you raise pf with 76s, flop is 985, someone else has 99)?

I'm not an expert on this at all. But I'm guessing it comes from your cards and not your bluffs. The reason is because they don't believe you and pay you off. Many times people will play back at you with nothing at the wrong times.
Bluffing at the small pots is probably just what keeps you alive. But in this small blind format, I would guess that it only keeps you afloat and establishes your laggy table image. I think it's the big hands that make your money (it doesn't have to be a full house, just pocket aces will do).
The majority of your profits comes from your real hands.
The secret to LAgg play is to find marginal value that most TAggs pass up.
after your real hands, it is big hands that you make that are paid off (usually straights)
and then hands that you bluff to win.
With proper LAgg play your bluffs should break even. (not winning or losing money) The profit in this comes in people paying you off when you have the goods.
Most profitable hands are small pocket pairs who hit a set and the guy cant laydown his over pair , or straights.
If they call ur AA on turn they probably beat u.
Also bet ur draws is a good way to make money on that stakes
The key to winning consistently is to not have to always rely on the cards. That means using position to win pots you normally wouldn't, and avoiding big pots when out of position unless you've got a great hand. Changing gears consistently is a key to throw players off. Sometimes I'll raise three hands pre flop in a row then play like a rock the next orbit. They still think you're playing wild but now you've got a hand. It's one of the keys to getting paid off.
