definately in my opinion.
You have to be prepared to lose, but i will happily gamble every chip i have at the table every time i hit a set.
QQ is of course a possibility but its pretty unlikely.

That's an easy call for me. Yes, he could have QQ but he could also have AA, KK, AsKs, AsQs, KsQs, with AA and KK being the most likely. I pay off QQ here and move on.

What did you plan on doing with the pocket 8's if not call this bet??? You hit your set on the flop you must call this, would you feel more comfortable calling this bet with KK, AA??? If so then you wouldn't call with the 2nd best of all hands on this flop??? I put him on AQ if he had QQ he has nothing to fear.... hence he would slowplay this.

thought so. No more discussion needed. I really didn't think twice about the decision; the issue is whether in this specific instance there is enough evidence to suggest he had QQ to think about laying it down minus a read. But I have to pay off QQ anyway so I call everytime.
Smiffy44: is all-in $75
