In the community there was Q Q 2 2 4. I had 2 7, for a full house. My opponent had 2 A for the same full house Queens full of 2s. The jackasses I was playing with said he won because the Ace was a "kicker". However, I told them they were wrong because the kicker does not apply when it is the sixth card since only five are being played. Who is right?
Obviously you're right. The other guy obviously doesn't know what he's talking about.
Unless of course you were playing six card poker, then he's right.
