Excwl Schedule

Content: I am trying to make up an attendance schedule, I am using V-lookup to so anyone will only see schedule page, not my data input page that I use for various how many and are we short kind of stuff. I have used my schedule program for several years and it has worked fine. Now I want to do something new? I would like to color text words or cells (more than 3) on schedule view page in various colors so changes or special events will be noticed! My desired cells formula bar on this page is very busy, cell or word format that would encompass whole page would be OK. Note: I am not a programmer and sometimes wonder how I get as far as I do?
