String of bad beats following a cash out
I'm not formally saying that online poker is fixed. In fact, I'm sure they (the online poker companies) go through great measures to ensure the integrity of play. But, has anyone else run across a connection between getting slaughtered by bad beats following a cash out? I'm talking pre-flop raising AA (and sometimes going all-in) just to get beat by suited JT hitting a flush, or a set from a low pocket pair, etc.
To me it's very coincidental that everytime I cash out, for the next week or so, I get killed by those types of hands. So much so that I've tried to figure out what the odds were of getting beat like that with the hands I'm getting beaten with. On the other hand, I keep telling myself that I wouldn't be cashing out if I were losing, so it makes sense that the string of wins followed by the cash out, was followed by a string of losses. But, to me, the number of bad beat hands seems in excess.
Just wondering if anyone else has come across this...
