No hud on AP cash games with PT3?

I play on AP and can't seem to get the hud running on cash games. If I play a sng or mtt it comes up and works as intended, but with cash games it does not. I believe everything is configured correctly, what am I missing here?

I cannot get my HUD to work with PT2, at AP. They have some new version since the merger with UB in the Cereus platform and it runs super super slow.
Also I am getting error messages in my PT2 database log.
