New HEM update resolves Windows 7 issues

My Hem recently crashes upon opening every time and they have a released a patch

Hey, thanks. I had the same problem.
One thing - if you're running Norton Internet Security then the first time you try to import after installing this patch Norton will remove the import file hmimp.exe for suspicious activity causing the importer to not work. You can restore the file by clicking on the options link in the info window that Norton pops-up and then everything's ok.
