FTP's and Medals - Best Dollar Value?

Currently I am playing on Full Tilt. I have accumulated 12,000 FTP's and I have about 400 medals.

I have read some info that the best thing to do with these points and medals is convert them and play the $26.00 tourneys with them. Does anyone have an opinion, and if you feel the 26's are best option, which of those tournaments would you recommend?

For a $/medal value, the 26s are probably the best option, but I'd be pretty much always saving up for a bonus ($600 preferably for the best return).

Same with FTPs, save them til you hit Black Card, then cash bonuses.

If you want to go the tournament route, a lot of people recommend the $24+2 90 man KO SNGs since you get money for every knock out.

I thougth I read that if you take the cash you lose your Rackback?

it gets deducted from your MGR . which is why in bikes examples the 600$ bonus has a true value 27% lower at 468$.

One other thing and I'll quit asking silly questions. I have also read that it is better to exchange your medals for 26.00 T's as opposed to playing in the bronze or silver freeroll tournaments. Do you agree?
