Can gameline.com be trusted?

I ordered a poker clock from them through this website:

They claim they shipped it at October 2, but I have still not received it.
Anyone who knows if they are serious?

I don't know them and won't defend them, but there are many innocent reasons for it to be late -- waiting for a shipment from Taiwan? Lost in shipment? (it does happen.) Your payment was not accepted and they didn't notify you? A stupid oversight?

From my Google search, Gameline seems to be the designer/manufacturer, and apparently supply this clock to many other poker supply sites and ebay sellers.

You should contact them -- they have email, snail mail and a phone number. I take it as a good sign they have no POBox. If they are top notch, they'll rush you one.
