Where to start for transitioning to PLO?

Trying to figure out where to start to transition to PLO from NLHE. Books? Whatever, looking for

some ideas of starting hand ranges, calculating odds for hands completing etc. I really want to

learn the game and need an idea of where to start. Any input would be great.
