I'm 4b calling off both, so I think the second hand is fine.

First hand as played I'm raising flop.

Never read any stickies or announcements
Due to the bet/stack sizing I like a 4bet shove in hand 1. You're probably shoving AK in this spot and doing it with KK gives you some good balance.

Hand 2 is standard (after the preflop call, which I think is good to mix in every now and then)

a little town called none of your goddamn business
I'll disagree with griffey on hand one. I think AQ is pretty likely to fold the flop to a raise so you're just redlining the pot when you raise there. There aren't a lot of live-equity hands against us in his range so I don't think its a particularly profitable redline either, with 8% equity when called.

Depending how much you know about him, the turn could be just a fold. But i def prefer shoving here to raising the flop, or 4-betting pre for that matter.

What was his 3-bet % vs a HJ open?

In the 1st hand I'd just call turn and river, or bet river if he fails to cbet it, and #2 is a 4bet preflop, The stack is the typical stack taught at shortstackers' couching site, they teach them to call pretty wide.
If things were to magically revert to January 1st, 2003, only I could take everything I know now in terms of poker ability/knowledge, bonus clearing, etc., I think it's safe to say that it would be trivially easy to make over a million dollars.
