Default So lets try full ring again

    Hello everyone

I'd like to start off by saying I have read the sticky before posting!

I've been playing SNG for a while now and built my bankroll up. When I first started poker I started playing cash game and since it didn't go to well I switched to SNG. So here I'm one year later taking a shot at cash games once again.

I've read 2 books, odds and probabilities and another book (that I cant remember the name of) In the odds book I picked up a lot of the calculation I should be doing , should I call ? what are my pot odds etc. The 2nd book basicly told me to stick to the top 10 starting hands and go from there.

So what I'm asking from you guys is to give (if you want) me some advice on what to avoid, pay extra attention too. Should I start as low as 0.01/0.02 ? Maybe its even someone here who have made the jump from SNG to cash game.
My main goal in the end is to learn how to multitable cash games. And to see for myself if I'm a bad cash game player or not!

Any advice is appreciated , thanks in advance

start at 2nl. become active in the beginner's digest forum. post your own hands that trouble you. comment on other's hands so people can critique your thought process. read the stickies (in the BC).

my guess is that the main concepts you will need to come to understand/adjust to coming from SnG's to cash games are "implied odds" and "reverse implied odds". because most cash game hands are played at deeper stacks than you will ever find in a SnG. anyhow, good luck.
