Default 100nl AKo vs loose fish + reg

opener is 53/30 with 17% 3bet and 25% fold to 3b over 60. he has busted and reloaded once. his second BI he ran up to ~240bb and is now borderline busto and probably pretty tilted or just spewy all the time.
    notes read:
    - min 3b/call large 4b w/ATo in BU v CO. jam over CB on J82t
    - OL/3b jam 80bb on BU over SB 5x raise
    - 3x open/4b jam 33 in HJ vs CO 3b + BU flat
    - open/call 3b w/ATo UTG, C/C 3 streets on Q63T9

    button is 17/13 with a 6% 3b and 84% fold to 3b. over 180
only history is he 4x 3b/5b jammed AKo on BB vs my BU open/4b. i had KK.

is the BU's range capped due to flatting pre? he probably should be flatting hands like AA/KK here because the fish is jamming over me close to 100% of the time, so flatting AA/KK gives me more of a chance to make a mistake with hands like TT-QQ,AK. but fuck knows if he knows that or not. no idea how many tables he's playing.

oh yeah and BU has seen me 3b AQo in UTG+1 vs fish's UTG opening range ~100bb deep (the last hand in my notes vs fish) if that's of any relevance.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
    UTG ($46.10)
    Hero (UTG+1) ($215.80)
    MP1 ($120.40)
    MP2 ($100)
    CO ($100)
    Button ($228.90)
    SB ($138)
    BB ($112.65)
    Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K, A
UTG bets $4, Hero raises to $10, 3 folds, Button calls $10, 2 folds, UTG raises to $46.10 (All-In), Hero ($205 effective with BU)?

Wow this is a really tough spot with that btn in the mix, I mean without him in it it's a pretty ez snap call. I might 4b all-in here to attempt to get it HU. The fact he could be limping AA/KK if he KNOWS that, but you have no reason to think he does or doesn't apparently, does make it like hmm do I fold/call/shove...Damn. Man, he cold called a 3bet and hes folding like 84% of the time to them. I mean what does he do this with? He must have made some adjustment here if he's not completely retarded and he's got a big hand. I don't mind a bigger sized 3-b here due to villian going to be shoving anyway. Might influence btn to fold most of his hands instead of cold calling. I'm completely unsure, but personally I might overshove just to attempt for HU. If opponent is thinking on the level of limping the AA/KK there, which is unlikely due to your blockers and shit so I'm thinking shove to get it HU.
    I fold AA preflop.

Small sample leads me to believe that most hands with btn were on that table. If so, then he isn't adjusting to there being a whale on the table and we can prolly jam safely.

BU villain is on two of my tables and this is the first time we've played together. i dont understand how that implies he hasn't noticed the whale though?

He should be in quite a lot more pots than that. Small chance he's just running terribad. Or he isn't adjusting and that's the same to us.
