it's pretty simple, someone needs to visit the page every ~15-20 minutes taking screenshots with your computers clock up, then you can prove that the other person got like 500 votes in a matter of 10 minutes.

another option would be to use spoon's hack and give nate's competitor like 10k votes thus causing them to get dq'ed.
