I tried to recreate chipotle's burrito bowl today.

cooked ~1lb lean ground beef in a pan with a freshly chopped onion and red pepper. then added a cup of rice, water, fajita seasoning, and a few extra spices (pepper and crushed red pepper, i think). simmered for a while, added a can of drained black beans, simmered a bit longer, then served with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

I said to myself, "Self, you like pork chops fried in a pan with herbs and garlic, so doesn't it make sense that bacon would be good with garlic too?"

Chopped up a bunch of garlic cloves, threw them into the pan with the bacon - the rest is history.
