I don't have B of A account or ever register to FullTilt,
But they got me for $29.95 from my checking with a bogus check.

For those of you that don't know, you can dispute an Echeck or EFT transaction that hits your account just like a credit card. Just call or go into your bank and explain that it was an unauthorized charge and your bank has to return the transaction to the originating bank. Depending on how they processed the transaction, you have between 60 days and up to 2 years to dispute it.

I got the charge too...the only people who have my acct. info and routing # are full tilt. like they haven't done enough damage! no doubt related to full tilt poker. Maybe a rogue processor? My bank is making me jump through hoops and get a notarized affidavit contesting it. I hate my bank. I hate full tilt. I hate the DOJ. I hate the modern world.
