As for the tits being fake.....I'm pretty sure they are. Yeah, they're not gigantic like most fake tits you're used to seeing...but with her body type, having the boobs that she does and being small pretty much everywhere else, well, that leads me to believe they're fake. My wife has similar proportions except for the boobs, and her boobs (and most I've seen with that body type) are nothing close to that chick's.
