It's pretty obvious human activity means more CO2, and it stands to reason that this has effects on the weather. However, it's also viable that such theories are exaggerated and even outright hijacked. I'm in no position to take a decisive stance on the issue.

When data from isolated places like NK are presented as reliable facts, it does, for me at least, lend credence to the idea that there is at least a grain of politics involved in this subject.
