    Default Harrahs New Orleans

    Checked out Harrahs New Orleans over the weekend. Someone told me they have to pay $50 million per year to be the only casino in town.


    Like California tribal casinos, there was no sports book. This turned out to be a good thing because I was going to bet on Carolina to win the Super Bowl...

    I lol'ed too hard at this. I've been a few times. There's a bar somewhere in the middle of the casino that has a frost trock. Literally generates an inch of frost that you keep your beer on to keep it cold. Amazing. Poker games are pretty soft too.

    Yeah, I've heard they have some good poker games there. I wanted to get into the poker room but I was out there with my wife and another couple.
