    Default Card Weights

This is gonna sound ridiculously stupid but...does anyone know where you can buy poker chip weights that you place on top of your cards when playing live in the UK? I have searched for everything under the sun and cannot find anything, just get sets of playing cards or sets of poker chips ( betting chips ).

    Thanks in advance

would find more results searching for "card protectors" rather than "card weights"

    Amazon.com: card protectors poker

i found you the perfect one

Amazon.com: Poker Princess Women's Poker Weight Card Guard Cover Chip Coin: Everything Else

Think I used to have one of these from a player bag from a live event. Still got an Estrallas Malaga one tho.

Cobra, get the fishiest one you can find IMO. Something with a classic poker pun, or the pretty princess one

I would bring any household object to the table before I wasted money on a card protector. Get a rock or something, imo. Or just use chips to protect your cards?

So this. Just use the chip you'll tip the dealer when you win the pot. Slide the cards + chip to the dealer to trade for the pot after you've won.

I mean, having a personal item is something to talk about at the table, nothing else. If you just bought some kitch item to have, there's not even anything to talk about.

    It's only to have a little something different than chips and something that is personal to me. Something like this;

Poker Card Guard Protector, Everton (NEW) Football - Premier league | eBay

Spend a little time asking around, FTR has them too.

    You probably want this ($5):

"Hello Kitty" Poker Chip Card Guard Cover Marker WSOP | eBay

Or, possibly this... If you're a high roller ($7):

Hello Kitty Poker Chip Card Guard Protector | eBay
    (\__/)

how much that ace of spades weigh brah

    Krugerrands are good for this,
If you can afford it they can have a good weight.

Victorian Penny makes a cheap alternative.

But if you just want something personal, then like Donkbee says, you should be able to find something suitable around the house.
Anything can be used as a card protector/mascot,
why bother looking specifically to pay over the odds for some bit of tat?
