This will be my first and my last post on this website due to the ugly stunt u guys just pulled , so :
You guys say : We had major problems and we couldn't post the password on time.
Couldn't u guys come up with a better lie ? Like a meteor strike or something ?
First of all , how the fk , is it a major problem that you can't login on facebook and post a password , which you " said " you'll post.
Second , how the fk , your major problem miraculously dissapeared 30 seconds after the registration for the tournament ended , and u actually have the nerve to post the password basically 30 sec after registration ends " oh sorry we had a major problem , but the password is , fuck off ".
Third , how the fk , did 180 people managed to enter the tournament , since you guys had " a major problem " and couldn't release the password.
Fourth : I've probably have accounts on 10-12 poker related websites , forums, communitys etc , and nothing like this ever happened, so , for your "community" I'm sure people will be rushing to join your website.
Fifth: Administrator , or whoever is in charge of this " major and amazing" poker website , please just delete my account here , it actually hurts my moral just thinking I actually registered for such an website.

Seeing as you took the time to post here AND send me an email about it, I feel you deserve a reply. Don't expect anyone to be nice to you when you make posts like this but I'll do my best

1. "the fk" was I wasn't working Saturday night, I was watching a movie with no idea the tournament was even running. When I saw the password hadn't been posted I RAN (just for you) to my laptop and posted it as fast as I could. Unfortunately I was just too late

2. "the fk" I just explained that. I didn't know if tournament had late reg or not etc

3. "the fk" was the password was released to our loyal members who post on the forum, as I posted on the status. Not sure how this is even a "the fk"

4. We've apologised for the mistake and this seems like a terrible way to judge a website. We said we'd run a freeroll and because of a problem you didn't get the password. Not to say it SHOULD have happened but is it really the end of the world? The others maxxed out at 3.6k entries meaning you lost less than 2 cents of equity.

5. Sorry it hurts your moral

Last I'm going to say on this but I hope I've answered our case. We'll look at doing something on Facebook to give something away etc but it was a freeroll, there was a mixup, we'll look into it and make sure it doesn't happen again. There's no need to be so angry
