    Smile Pascal's Sport Punting Thread

I've been trying out sports betting over the last like 3 weeks and been enjoying it so going to start a thread to keep track of what I bet for fun. I probably research about 2/3 of my tips, the other 1/3 I get off a couple of tipsters I follow on Facebook, my mate who loves NFL and a guy on another forum who loves horses. I'll mainly be betting on football (soccer) and tennis, along with some NFL and some horse punts.

Started with a fairly small bankroll and about b/e but made loads of mistakes/stupid bets. I'm definitely getting better now! I'll record my bets with points and I've got ~200 points in my bankroll atm.

Champions League/Championship tonight which is fun, so here are my bets:

    Palace to score/BTTS Bristol v Burnley- 4 points @ 1.2/1
    Huddersfield draw/win & Sheff Utd to win - 8 points @ 1.09/1
Valencia draw no bet, Barcelona -2 and over 2 goal line Chelsea - 10 points @ 2.03/1
Bayern Munich to win and Sweden Women v Switzerland Women over 2.5 goals - 2.5 points @ 0.9/1
    Spartak draw/win & Man U win - 5 points @ 1.1/1
    BTTS Barcelona v Celtic - 6 @ 1.1/1
    Barcelona to score a penalty - 3 at 2.75/1
    Valencia -0.25 v BATE - 6 @ 0.77
    Juventus & Barcelona to both win - 10 @ 0.44

Also had 2 points on Spartak Moscow v Benefica over 11 corners @ 1.2 and 1 on Benefica +1 corners @ 0.67 which both came in.

Bet sizes are funny because I trust the tipsters more than my own picks so I tend to bet way more on some of the stuff they recommend.

GL. Would recommend sticking to what you know though, which can certainly be profitable, especially if you trade odds and can back and lay like you can on Betfair.

Man Utd to win tonight @40% return seems +EV to me.
  3. #3
    Or maybe not...
  4. #4
Bad start but not too worried, Man Utd have a weak defense and I would have been more surprised if Braga hadn't scored at some point. Should have probably jumped on BTTS
  5. #5
Man Utd, what the fuck. Getting on Man Utd double chance (win/draw) and Barcelona win, 4 points @ 1.44
  6. #6
    Did some punts.

    Barca to win - 30 points @ 0.5/1
Man Utd to win & Barca to win - 15 points @ 2.68/1

Made a mistake and meant to bet Man Utd double chance, hope they winnnnnnn

I'm thinking if betting on the prem results this week as well but I'm scared I'll jinx myself.

pls keep this thread going...i enjoy sports betting tho never dabbled seriously. converted to poker instead. 'they' say sports is more of a difficult animal to beat.

i read sharp sports betting few yrs back but its quite math heavy, bit too much for me.
if u go to sharpsportsbetting.com u ll see by the results how tough it is. site seems to be out of use nowadays.

an old friend (actually ram vaswani s little bro) apparently made/makes his living on betfair...that was in the past mind.

at some point im gonna put some money into sporting index to do spread betting on snooker - collated lot of data but only ever done paper betting.

Will definitely keep it going, cheers Ed. I checked out sharpsportsbetting but didn't really understand it. For my personal picks, I try to stick to either in play stuff or random European/South American leagues and look at form/H2H results/etc . In play odds on Bet365 seem to overreact to goals - for example, got USA Women and Germany Women BTTS yesterday after like 30 mins at 4/5, game finished 3-2 or something.

    I couldn't sleep last night so I bet a lot of random stuff just by form etc. I'll format my bets like: <Bet> : <Points> : <Odds> : <Points won/lost>

    Chorrillo over 1.5 goals : 0.5 points : 16/1 : -0.5
    Monarcas Moreila Race To 7 corners : 0.5 points : 11/4 : -0.5
    Real Salt Lake RT9 : 0.5 points : 4/1 : +2
    Monterrey RT5 : 1p : 10/11 : -1
    Under 21 games Jaziri v Udomchoke : 2p : 6/5 : +2.4
    Millonarios to score 3rd goal : 2p : 6/5 : +2.4
    Over 1.5 goals Chorrillo v Monterry & -0.5 Monacars v Atlas IP : 2p : 2.23/1 : +2.46
    RSL -0.5 & RSL RT5 : 2p : 1.06/1 : -2
    Monarcas Moreila -1 : 2p : 1.3/1 : +2.3
    Over 2.5 goals USA v Germany Women : 1p : 2.4/1 : +2.4
    Over 1.5 FH Houston Dynamo v Olimpia goals : 1.5p : 11/10 : -1.5
    Houston Dynamo win or draw : 2p : 4/5 : +1.6
    Over 3 first half corners Dynamo v Olimpia : 1p : 7/4 : +1.75
    Over 12 USA v Germany Women corners : 1p : 21/20 : -1
    BTTS USA v Germany Women in play : 2p : 4/5 : +1.6
    CRB v Vitoria BA over 0.5 goals in play: 2p : 9/4 : +2.5
    Vitoria BA to win in play : 1p : 11/4 : +2.75
    Cerro Porteno to win in play (0 - 1) : 1p : 4/1 : +4

There were also some other bets but I cba to write them out anymore which were about break even - a couple of over goals bets, a couple of BTTS and a couple of in play goal bets. I'll do better to track them tonight, I'm going out while Champions League is on but I'll put some bets on before.

As for entertainment last night, there was plenty. I bet Cerro Porteno in play to win at 4/1 and after 79 minutes they were leading when the match was suspended due to rioting - I'm not entirely sure what happened but I think that a player handballed to clear off the line, the referee gave a penalty and a red card then talked to his linesman who said the ball had already crossed the line and so rescinded the card and gave the goal. Somewhere in there it all kicked off! Two Colon players were sent off for abusing police - one for kicking and one for spitting - as they were unhappy that the police had gone in heavy handily with rubber bullets. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of other rioting going on in Colon atm (in Panama) too. The match eventually restarted 25 minutes later with a Colon midfielder in goal as they had no subs left and finished 2-1.

    Bets for tonight (will edit):

    FC Porto & PSG to both win : 5p : 1.41/1
    Man City DNB & BTTS Dortmund/Madrid : 12p : 1.09/1
    Arsenal win & over 2.5 team goals : 2p : 2.2/1
    AC Milan DNB : 2p : 2/1
    Zenit v Anderlecht BTTS : 5p : 0/83/1
    Anderlecht win/draw : 2p : 1.75/1
    Porto v Kiev BTTS : 4p : 1
    Zagreb over 1.5 goals : 2p : 3.33/1
    Dortmund over 1.5 goals : 2p : 1.38/1
    Real Madrid over 2.5 goals : 2p : 2.75

Most of these are tipster bets that I'm not 100% sure I agree with so kept stakes low.

    Fenerbahce U19 v PSG U19

Half time at the moment. PSG have got an excellent U19 squad and have a strong youth tradition. They're unbeaten in the last 4 in the French league and are playing a Fenerbahce team who don't appear to play together very often. It's only 1-0 at half time but PSG have been the stronger side.

    I'm going for:
    PSG U19 to win 2nd half - 2 points @ 5/6
    PSG U19 over 2.5 match goals - 1 point @ 5/2
    PSG U19 RT5 corners - 1 point @ 10/11
    PSG U19 RT7 - 0.3 points @ 12/1
    Over 10 corners total - 1 point @ evens

Just about to kick off for 2nd half

2-0 after 78 mins, made a big mistake here in terms of bet sizing. Should have gone 4 for win 2nd half, 2 for over 2.5 match goals then 1 point for corners. No corners since the 52nd minute so as it stands a small loss, but I'm learning!

Final score was 2-0 with 4 corners each, lesson learnt:

    PSG U19 to win 2nd half - 2 points @ 5/6 : +1.66 pots
    PSG U19 over 2.5 match goals - 1 point @ 5/2 : -1
    PSG U19 RT5 corners - 1 point @ 10/11 : - 1
    PSG U19 RT7 - 0.3 points @ 12/1 : -0.3
    Over 10 corners total - 1 point @ evens : -1

-1.64 points for match but spewed a lot of value.

    Champions League about to start!

Spain Women v Scotland Women has also just kicked off. It's the 2nd leg of the UEFA Championship playoffs, the winner going through. Spain have a strong team but Scotland held them to a 1-1 draw last match despite being outplayed by Spain. Spain have the away goal so one goal for Spain will open the match right up.

    My bets:

    Spain -1.5 : 4p : @ 9/10
    Spain -0.5 at half time : 2p : 0.65/1
    Over 3.5 goals in match : 1p : 11/10
  16. #16
Fair play Scotland women, great result for them. Plenty of bets on the Champions League tonight so looking forward to it

Bad day, lost like 40 points or something in total heh. Too many upsets! Pretty much every tipster bet lost so meh
  18. #18
Earnt some back earlier and got a few more on now:

    Sao Paulo -1.5 asian : 2p : 0.67
    Sporting KC clean sheet : 1p : 0.83
    Toronto FC to win : 0.4p : 9.5
    Necaxa to win : 2p : 1.1

Think my bet sizing is finally getting better

Cleared the £200 deposit bonus on bet365 and get another £50 mobile bonus but I have to make a £50 single bet to earn the whole thing with odds over 0.5/1. Will probably either wait for Champions League next week or get a solid NFL tip off my mate. Bet365 also had a couple of hours of downtime earlier so I sent in an email and complained and they're giving me a £15 bonus which is nice of them!

Last night went badly - all 4 above bets lost, oops!

Women's U19 football qualifiers today, looked through results etc and went for these at 1 point each pre match:

    Greece -3.5/4 @ 0.62 (3-0)
    Moldova +3.5/4 @ 0.62 (0-0)
    Northern Ireland -4.5/5 @ 0.62 (4-0)
    Poland -0.5/1 @1.3 (1-1)
    Croatia v Faroe Islands over 4.5 goals @ 0.87 (2-0)
    Spain -1 for 2nd half @ 0.62 (0-0)

Scores in brackets are half time results, everything kicking off again now.

    Also, Holland U17 men -2/2.5 @ 0.73 & Panserraikos to win @ 0.57
  20. #20
Wow, lines were really close today Greece finished 3-0, Moldova bet won easily, N.I. 4-0, Poland lost 3-2 after leading 2-1 for ages & Croatia won 4-1 with the last kick of the match. So ended up slightly down. Holland men about to kick off and Panserraikos 1-1 after 70 mins.

    Another in play bet:

Holland women U17 under 13.5 goals (7-0 at half time) : 1p @ 8/11 - these over goal lines at half time always seem really high to me, teams tend to slow down way more in the 2nd half (lol 41st minute goal) (edit: 10-0 after 50 mins, 80 min matches so 30 mins to go still sigh)

trying to follow it all, having trouble with some of your abbreviations

is your bank still at 200 pts? seems that u have a lot of exposure at any one time if so.

with some of the bets u do in running, why not just bet more pre? i guess value is value but if it goes tits up ur losses are compounded. paying more vig too..

hope the tipster s advice is free.. my dad gave me about 3k few yrs back to do sth with. had been following an ameriacn handicapper for ~10 mths. he was well up...so i subscribed, 2% (of bank) per bet...i lost a lot of money before stopping :S

    anyway gl sir..
  22. #22
i think in general the lines for the over under market will always seem/be high. not sure but i think this market was adapted from its spread betting equivalent (BUY man utd at 2.6 for example); human behaviour dictates that most ppl will buy/ go over, in anticiaption of a goal fest. (u get rewarded more in spread betting)
of course the firms are aware of this so move lines up accordingly giving us value to sell/go under.
  23. #23
Hey ed. Banks at 400 points after bonus So at most (apart from Barca game) I have ~3% of my roll on.

Barcelona lumps were a first and will happen very rarely - given how the match played out it's "lucky" that they scored the last minute goal to win but at the same time I think 1/2 was a great price.

I'm keeping track of the tipsters, one I really trust and seems to know his stuff is +12% ROI and the other two are down -8% after some bad runs but small sample sizes.

I've started taking under goals more often, I'll probably take some more this weekend. I'm getting better at avoiding way too high goal lines - I think the women's football ones were on the edge and all the games could have been higher. Northern Ireland women had 25 shots and only 4 goals or something ridiculous for example

The bets I do in play are just because the in play software is so damn good:

Should I start looking at pre game more? I read on 2p2 that the odds get like 5-10% worse from when they are released to the game day which makes sense so I should probably be looking further ahead.
  24. #24
Do you genuinely believe you are a winning sports bettor or could become one without complex statistical models? Where does your edge come from? Do the tipsters tell you what line you should bet? Why are they giving away the information for free?
  25. #25
No idea if I'm a winning sports better or not, but I think I can beat the lines. Tipsters are like £5 ($7) a month, so they aren't giving it away for free. Do I trust them completely? No. Will I stop following them as soon as I think I've worked out their process? Yes.

I think there's an edge to be had from looking at form/team lineups/away & home records v each team. Knowing the team is probably crucial and I plan to focus on a couple of leagues. Not the EPL or popular leagues but stuff like the Russian leagues/English conference division where the bookies don't put as much time into developing the lines. Bookies can be slow to update too, when key players don't play etc, or can lowball popular lines on purpose leaving profit on the other side.

I'm not even sure this will be profitable. It would be cool if it is but ATM I'm quite happy breaking even and having more fun watching games. I think the most profit could come from in game stuff - I think Barcelona will beat Celtic at 1-0 down with 60 minutes to go more than 66% of the time, definitely.

At work so can't look up gambling stuff but if someone else can, what are the odds for more than 4.5 goals scored in the chelsea utd game? I see goals in that game, 2 leaky defences and 2 major attacking threats.

Over 4.5 is 4/1. Put a small bet on goal line over 3 at 1.07

Trying out Ed's tips and gone for 5 x 1 point bets for unders today:

    Stoke v Sunderland under 1.5
    Arsenal v QPR under 2.5
Wigan v West Ham under 2.5
Ipswich v Sheff Wed under 2.5
    Wolves v Charlton under 2.5

All odds around even. Other bets I've got on today:

Screenshot of spreadsheet, stupid to write them out! First column bet, 2nd points, 3rd odds (obv)
  28. #28
Pretty bad day today. Schalke failed and so did the San Jose bets. Including in play stuff probably ended up 20-25 units down. The Sane Jose was a tipster bet and definitely ended up going way too big on it - he referred to it as "his banker" but looking back I'm not that comfortable with 24 units at like evens, even if one is going to push a fair bit of the time. San Jose win / over 2.5 goals at 12 each or something would have been better as they can be fairly exclusive.

Put a lot of in play stuff on for tomorrow, went through the Argentinian league and looked at form/corner stats extra and put a small bet on each match (3 unders out of 5 matches), put on a couple of small doubles and a couple of Premier League bets; Everton, Man U and Spurs all look good value to me tomorrow. Tipster bets will be up and I'll put bigger bets on tomorrow; looking forward to the games too.

Current bankroll if every bet I have bricks and I didn't put anymore on is 439 points, so I'm about break even but with a decent amount of bonuses.

William Hill did a special offer, 5k bets only, 2/1 for BTTS Everton v Liverpool max bet of £10.

Took <25 minutes to come in, easy money

So did you bet on any of my predictions? Curious if they would have won me money and don't know the odds.

I took over 3 goal line in this game haha after you wrote that ^, just over evens for 2 points which came in

Didn't really bet your predictions altho kinda wish I had. Had Man Utd to win, Everton to win, Spurs to win. I tend to stay away from Premier League football apart from in play stuff which I think look profitable. Bet365 have got a great in play client which seems to swing too much one way or the other sometimes, especially if an expected high scoring game is quiet in the first half and vice versa. Might just stick your predictions in an accumulator or some trebles next week haha!
  32. #32
When you put predictions up this time post them in this thread as well, I'll note down the odds and then you can work out if you bet 1 unit on each if you would have been profitable. Probably easiest to just bet Home/Away/Draw rather than correct score.

If I was gonna do it, I'd only bet on actual scores and I'd bet an amount on each game hat regardless of the odds each win would give me the same value. Which is a pain in the ass to work out just for kicks without any real money involved.

We can work that out pretty easy. I'll grab the odds when you post your predictions and we'll go from there

Today went pretty well. My mates NFL tips did shit, the twat. Looked pretty worrying early on but some good late results and a couple of in play tips went well. I was watching the matches the tipsters put bets up for and was thinking of betting similar things (Porto -1 I was just about to bet on anyway but Steaua RT9 corners was good information). I think the tipsters are good just to point out what kinda signs to watch out for, odds, etc. It's way more "feel" than the maths on 2p2 but it's fun and at worst I get some fun sweats and go broke slowly.

Added 50 points to the roll today despite Hannover losing. Won't be betting much this week as gonna be busy but will post stuff I do in here
  36. #36
Bet some MLS to finish the night cos I couldn't sleep, dire. Dallas threw away a 2 goal lead in injury time against the bottom team in the division and the expected goal fest in Galaxy v Sounders really showed the difference in quality between MLS and EPL, so many chances which just weren't finished. Keane and Beckham still has some quality but they aren't the same.
  37. #37
I'm so bad with updating, sorry!

Bankroll currently stands at around 400 points, all the profit is from bonuses and I'm about b/e from sports betting. Most of the losses have come on a select few games - Barca v Celtic (lost 2-1), Mavericks pre season (where I bet wayy too much) and a bit of the Argentina friendly this week which was more a misjudgement about how many bets (doubles/trebles) they were in than anything.

Despite being b/e I think I've learnt a lot. I've decided to move to flat betting 5 points at a time rather than variable reading. Everything I read seem to suggest this was best to start off with as you won't be good with knowing confidence/edge on different bets.

Big bet for this week is Ravens -3 which I have 20 points on, with Leftwich playing QB for Steelers against a good D I think it's a good bet.

Going to look over English league stuff later and will post up my bets.
  38. #38
My bets for tomorrow. Trying out a trial of a statistics service so lots of tips come from there, but I've doubled/changed some of them slightly:

BTTS Spurs v Arsenal & West Ham most corners @ 1.04/1
    Fulham to win @ 4/6
    Fulham O1.5 team goals @ 0.73/1
Man Utd to win & West Brom v Chelsea no goal <16 minutes @ 0.97/1
    Liverpool Wigan U2.5 @ 1.2/1
No goal before 27 minutes Liverpool game @ 0.83/1
BTTS Southampton v QPR & Aston Villa over 1.5 team cards @ 1.47/1
Man City to win to nil @ evens
  39. #39
The weekend was awful, lots of upsets - Man Utd lost, Liverpool scored 3, Fulham lost. IIRC the West Ham & Man City bets came in and that was about it. Always going to be weekends where a few games go against you.

    Bets for tonight:

Man City v Real over 2.5
    - both high scoring teams going by stats, most of their games have both teams scoring, Man City are at home so shouldn't give up and both could do with a win
Milan v Anderlecht goal after 71 minutes
    - Not sure about this one but 45% of Milan's Serie A goals have come after the 75th minute this season and it's decent odds (0.83/1). Plenty of late goals in football anyway so seems like a good price
    Ajax v Dortmund over 2.5
    - both teams should score here based on recent stats and form
Anderlecht v Milan draw (small stake)
    - too close to call for anything else really, I'm thinking 1-1 but the odds are 2.5/1 so just placed a small stake on it. Milan have some defensive injuries and Anderlecht have home advantage.
    PSG DNB
    - PSG are a strong team and draw no bet (refund on draw) is 0.8/1. They've got Zlatan back from suspension and are playing well in the league despite losing 2-1 on the weekend.
Olympiacos to score v Schalke (big stake)
    - this is my favourite bet tonight (in before that bites me in the ass) so I've put on double my normal flat stake (which I reduced after the weekend from 5 points to 2.5 to also give me the opportunity to try a few new markets out). Schalke are at home but very rarely keep clean sheets, haven't done in the CL so far this season and didn't last season. Olympiacos rested their best players on the weekend while Schalke lost 2-0 in a poor performance at Leverkusen with plenty of main players playing.

Finished little bit down yesterday but basically break even. Man Utd, Anderlecht, Olympiacos bets didn't come in while Milan, Ajax, PSG bets did along with a small in play on Zenit.

Bets for today with write ups:

Marseille v Fenerbahce : away win at 4.05
    - Fenerbache have 10 points from first 4 games, playing against Marseille who have been in terrible form and are minus three key forwards. Marseille have to win while Fenerbache know a point will get them through. Marseille will leave themselves open at the back with a weak attack if they try to break through and Fenerbache are hardly a bad team.

    lazio v tottenham : over 2.5 goals at 1.98
    - ignoring the 0-0 with juventus (which is a great result for lazio), both teams score a lot and concede a lot. tottenham have been on awful form but have still managed to score a lot, with 2 against arsenal last week. ade will probably play a full 90 minutes given he can't play at the weekend and a win for tottenham is a big help for them in the group.

AIK v napoli : AIK win 5.00 and over 2.5 goals at 1.96
    - this is a really big game in group F, with dnipro on 9, napoli on 6, aik on 4 and psv on 4. in the reverse fixture, aik got hammered 4-0, but they've improved since then and drew 1-1 against psv in holland, lost 2-3 to dnipro and beat psv 1-0. napoli have an appalling away record in the europa league, losing both their away matches so far this year. AIK also have the benefit of having finished their league for the year, whereas napoli play on monday and so will have to be mindful of that. both teams seem capable of scoring, especially AIK at home, so i like a larger stake on over 2.5. if AIK do win I think it'll be a 2-1, but they could still easily lose 1-3 or 0-3.

liverpool v young boys: over 3.5 cards at 1.72 and BTTS at 1.72
    - going to wait and see who the referee is but young boys have an awful record in europe, with their last 4 matches including one against liverpool being 5, 6, 5 and 5. the crowd at anfield is loud and so should encourage yellows too, and its a massive game for both teams so they'll both be nervous and keen. both teams have scored a lot and conceded a lot in the europa league (liverpool: F: 8, A:7, youngboys F:9, against: 10) so i think BTTS offers good value. Liverpool are fairly shaky at the back at the moment and lack pace, and Young Boys can score.

newcastle v maritimo : over 4.5 cards at evens (2.00)
    - newcastle love cards, with their europa league matches so far being: 4, 4, 5, 4 while maritimo have been 6, 5, 3, 4, 7, 5. maritimo won't be sending a full strength team out given it's pretty much impossible for them to qualify so i'd expect to see plenty of bad tackles given newcastle's style of play. the last match finished with 4 cards so this one might be close but i think there's value at evens

rubin kazan v inter milan : rubin kazan -0.5 at 2.06
    - this group is pretty much sealed for both teams, with kazan and milan on 10 points and neftchi and partizan on 1. the last match between these two teams was a draw, but this time inter are sending out a big group of youth players for the long journey because of injury problems. it would be big for rubin to top the group and give themselves an easier KO match so i think they'll go for it.

    borussia m'gladbach v AEL limassol : Borussia -1.5 at 1.725, Borussia over 3.5 team goals at 4.33
    - AEL have been awful this europa league, with just one point from 4 games and -7 goal difference. they're playing away at borussia but more importantly they have a big game on tuesday against their big rivals and 3rd place in the table (they're 4th). a borussia win here means they need just 1 point against marseille in their next match to guarantee progress to the next round. they'll still have incentive to score plenty in case fenerbahce lose to marseille, in which case goal difference will be the factor if borussia and marseille draw and borussia are two behind on goal difference already which is why i like a small bet on borussia over 3.5 at 4,33

I wrote these bets up then left them overnight before I bet them, lots of lines ended up getting hammered - Borussia were evens for 1.5 and 5.00 for over 3.5 and Liverpool v Young Boys over 3 goal line went from 2.5 to 1.825 which is a massive swing for like 8 hours. So it looks like betting the day before will be best.

I think Betfair keep a historical record but you need 100 Betfair points to access it, so time to open a Betfair account and starting betting some there!

Break even again yesterday, neither of the cards bets came close. Gonna stick to win/loss and over/under 2.5 from now on.

  43. #43
I have some good predictions for tomorrow.

    Aston Villa v Tottenham 2
    Gillingham v Barnet 4+
    Waasland v Genk 2

    And

    Tranmere v Crewe 2-1 (30odds)
  44. #44
My tips was not so good, only the match with the biggest odds Tranmere v Crewe was correct.

    Tranmere v Crewe 0:1 HT 2:1 FT

Thanks for the bump STILL. I ended up cashing out most my account ahead of Christmas to pay for some bills and extra presents, etc. I was on Tottenham to win today, got on at half time at 10/11 which was ridic odds. Taken Stoke to win pre-match against Liverpool, think there's value in the odds.

Boxing Day is known for crazy results so stayed away mostly. Good draw for Swansea
  46. #46
East Fife vs Ayr 2-1 HT/FT
  47. #47
That sounds like one of those "fixed tips"

Man City look great value today, 4/5 to beat Stoke. Stoke can be stubborn but Man City are in great form. Also taking Blackburn double chance v Derby and I'll probably bet against Liverpool at some point just before the match
  48. #48
    Man City win, Blackburn win
  49. #49
Liverpool lost but forgot to bet haha, absolute dolt

    Bets for today:

    Gateshead to beat Barrow 11/8
    Man City win 4/9
    Stoke win evens
    Arsenal win (tomorrow) 13/10
    Watford win 20/21

For today I want to bet on Barcelona.
I heard that five players from Real M. would not play and Barcelona is in good form so my prediction is Real Madrid vs Barcelona 2-2 HT/FT
  51. #51
    Bad day yesterday.

I've bet on Barca today, 6/5 for the straight win. Not overly keen on it given the cup is the only thing Real can really win this season but the odds on Barca are too good to pass up

Main bet for today is a Yankee (all matches are at half time atm)

    Bristol Rovers win/draw
    Port Vale win
    Gainsborough win
    Cliftonville half time win

Bristol Rovers losing 1-0 but apart from that every match looking good
  54. #54
If it stays like this, 67% ROI. If Rovers can come back into it, 400% ROI potentially. Port Vale 2-0 up, Gainsborough 2-0 up, Cliftonville 3-0 up. Gwan Rovers

    For tomorrow
    Portugal U19 vs Turkey U19 - (3+)

    Israel vs Finland - (X)
    Romania vs Australia - (1)

94th minute Bristol Rovers goal for the clean sweep

Good luck tomorrow STILL, going to skip betting on the matches. I just don't know enough about international teams. I'll be watching England Brazil in the pub though. Go on Brazil!
  57. #57
Bristol Rovers 1:1 at the end
  58. #58
Absolutely under it at the moment with work, big essay in next week and struggling, but Cheltenham this week so taken advantage of a load of free bet offers etc and got a bunch of punts on tomorrow. Very excited! Going to work hard in the morning, get lunch, then watch races 1-5 with my mate while (trying) to work in between, then late night to catch up
  59. #59
Two decent wins so far, lost a little on last race but still up and rapidly acquiring free bets
  60. #60
Good ROI today and loads of free bet offers to have fun with on Friday, but didn't get to watch any where near as much racing as I liked cos of uni work. Back to the essay grind!
  61. #61
I think racing just have lower chances of getting a win but still looking for some free bets for this week though.
