2. Play more hands at crypto, 19/10 stuff is only going to win you so much and you arent going to put regulars into tough spots. Raise to 3bbs more often than 4. This means you can attack and raise a wider range and get away with it, see flops facing aggresives etc.

3. Move sites.

4. Youre playing tagg, stop spewing, and stop calling down against aggession unless you hand is semi hidden/fully hidden.

5. Stop c/r'ing when your hand is defendable/showdownable.

C/c flop bet turn fold to a raise. He either has overs or an overpair. Its a tight game you play in. Floor your strong hands, play your draws hard-you have lots of fold equity against weak/tights- and try not to play big pots when showdown is what you are after.
