    Default Villian is bluffing???

Everybody thinks everybody else is bluffing. My son came in the room the other day and I asked him if he would play this hand (44) from CO after villian opened in UTG+1. He said he would. The flop was AKx. Villian bet 2/3 pot so I asked my son what he would do. He said "He's bulffing Dad. I would raise."

Post hands where you believe/know villian is bluffing.

I can't do this at the moment cause of puter probs.

Great board to bluff. Also great board to raise bluffs. Your son plays good poker.

I'll happily fold to suspected bluffs from time to time, just so he thinks he can get away with it, and to give me more credit when I decide to raise with air.

What's the difference between knowing and believing, in this context? If you know villain is bluffing, you're not assigning a realistic range imo.

Exhibit D... what on earth are you playing at? That's a massively expensive bluff with a hand that has decent equity. Obviously without stats we can't discuss his range in detail, but obviously AhKh QQ+ etc these are all in his range. Have you got reads that he can fold monster overpairs? Honestly, this shove looks to me like a combo draw, like 8h9h etc. Looks to me like the range you're giving him is AQ-AK only.

Loving the turn bet on exhibit C, this was my favourite hand in your list.

Exhibit B, it's tough to decide if you've turned your hand into a bluff or not. If you really think villain is bluffing, why raise him off? Seems to me that we're better off calling him and letting him hang himself on the river with his bluffs to make up for the times he has a set.

    Hand A I like.

Disclaimer... I did pretty bad at 25nl. Critisism of my comments welcome.

I'm assuming he's playing the villain, not his cards. Is this a foolish strategy at 25nl?

nor did i dude, nor did i
seriously though, these were all absolutely about gameflow and recent history - not that they were any good. Obviously i won all the hands, but that means about nothing.
These were doing a session where i was getting my stack in maybe every third time I saw a flop cos I was playing with an idea I had. Positive showdown and non-showdown both over an 8k hand marathon of fullring = lol-ridiculous and definitely sub-optimal. I gained a lot (not $$) out of the session though.
