Manged to get to final 2 tables put in a little raise with Q,10 off (only my favourite hand) get 2 callers flop 8.9.J hearts i flop straight but have no hearts first player to act shove all in and has me covered still have a player behind me ..what to do ?

Now tell us which hands you think your villain could be doing this with.

Also tell us how big is the pot and how big is your stack (and his bet).

could be he is shoving because he has no hearts either and is afraid of the draws to his TPTK type hand or he has the nut flush draw with his kicker.
could be a little card made flush that doesn't want any more hearts.

Probably if you made the crying call you would LOL to see it is the same hand Q 10 off.

Ehhhh, to me it depends on A. what's at stake and B. how many BB you got left....

If he didn't raise pre-flop with two hearts then most likley he wouldn't have them or he has a low suited connector.... I say I would have called reluctantly and probably be dealt with the devastation of 3h6h??

There's gonna be a lot of small flushes in villain's range, and calling gives the guy behind us good odds to draw if he has a big flush draw. This is tourney so your stacks size is crucial, as is prize breakdown. I can fold this if I feel I'm stacked enough to go deeper.

Also, why is QTo your favourite hand? Make AA your favourite hand so you're not making non-optimal plays with hands you like for whatever reason. I'm not saying raising QTo is bad here, but how many times have you called a raise oop with it vs a tight player because lol it's your fave hand? For a long time, my favourite hand was 64s, but I stopped playing it like a retard when I realised I was spewing money with it. QTo is merely slightly better than average, and facing a raise it's weaker. Reassess how much you like this hand imo.
