    Default Ranges

    $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
    8 Players
    Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    VILLAIN (UTG) ($25.80)
    UTG+1 ($22.41)
    MP1 ($25)
    MP2 ($9.75)
    CO ($26.37)
    BTN ($37.53)
    SB ($25.63)
    BB ($18.75)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 8 players) VILLAIN is UTG
VILLAIN raises to $0.85, 5 folds, SB calls $0.75, 1 fold

    Flop: ($1.95, 2 players)
    SB bets $1, VILLAIN

i would like as many people as possible from different takes if possible to answer this questions when they have following info: you are SB and VILLAIN in UTG is unknown.
    Questions:

    a) what 's your range for calling pre flop?
    b) what part of your pre flop calling range are you leading flop for 1$?
    c) what part of your leading flop range do you: c1) fold/ c2) call/ c3) min3bet/ c4) 3bet to a various amount/ c5) 3bet shove when VILLAIN raises your 1$ lead to 3.8$?

i would like you to just post answers to this questions w/o debating other posts for the moment and i would also like that your answers will be as close as possible to your real ranges in a real hand at the table.

Thanks in advance for ones that will answer in this thread.

i'll post first since for me is easy since my range is really simple, predictible and easy to play against:

    a) preflop calling range: 22-99, AQ, AJs, sometimes AK
    b)i will donk flop for 1-1.25$ w/ 22/55/AJ/AQ/99/AK
    c) when villain raises i will
    -fold: AQ/99/AJ/AK
    -call: AdJ
    -3bet to 10-12$: 22/55
    -3bet shove : AdQd/AdKd

Calling range 100% read dependent! vs unknown I'm not donking this board. This is a board people c bet 100% or close Im not scared it's gonna chk thru. Defiantly not scared if I got a set cos everything thats gonna pay me off is gonna bet. I will never have AJ with these positions vs an unknown.
I can certainly have KK+ vs a nitty opener.

My answers to a, b and c would really be villain-dependent.

Assuming villain is unknown though, my default SB flatting range (a) would be limited to 99-JJ only. Generally I don't donk vs. an unknown (b).

Villain isn't unknown, he's won at least one pot and has played an orbit unless he posted his blind. Did he open limp, open raise, call a raise or 3bet etc? If I have a decision, then I can happily tank my time while I replay the last pot he won.

I don't have a range here after this flop bet. I cold call an utg open on the sb and then half pot donk the flop somewhere in the region of never.

My pre flop range depends on bb as well as sb. If bb is squeeze happy, then I don't have a cold calling range here and I probably move to another table unless there's a whale to my right. If bb is a nit, I'll setmine 22-99, TT+ depends on the few hands I've seen on villain, same with AQ+. I probably fold AJs and below until we have a bigger sample and better idea of villain.

If I flop set, then I'm c/r flop. Sizing would depend on villain's bet, I'd leave him a half pot call. If he checks behind then I lead turn $1.60, not folding.

villain's first hand and he posts utg? then we have reads.
not villain's first hand? then we have reads.

how about we say he seems 17-9-ish over 25?

    3b - AQ+/KQ/some 77-QQ/occasional KK+/some JTs/some other Axs
    call - some 77-AA/maybe KQs/AK sometimes
fold - everything else, including 22-66 cos why would i call these here vs an unknown?
