Problem with free tables at Party Poker

    Default Problem with free tables at Party Poker

    Trying to play some free tables at Party Poker so I can get use to the software and setup before going to real money tables. I've tried several evenings and have been unable to find spots at a table. They're listed as open, but before I can get to them they are full. Also, a message comes up saying due to server problems they have limited free tables.

    Is this a recurring problem? Will I have constant problems with free tables? Will I have similar problems with real money tables?

    I am using a dialup that is connecting at 28.8, if that's important.

    I've noticed some issues w/ PartyPoker lately, but this is pretty new, I've been playing at PartyPoker since the beginning of Dec., and have not experienced any issues.

    The number of players at the tables is not updated in real time, so some tables that list 9 players have since had another player join, so then they become full.

    The dialup connection should be fine and not cause any of the problems that you have encountered. I'm sure the issues are temporary, PartyPoker has been operating fine for most of the time I've been there.
