    Default Pokerstars in $$$

Quick question, something that's been bugging me a while but I have constantly forgot to ask.

If I remember correctly, Americans cannot play on PS? Therefore, I assume that most of the PS players are European. Why is there hardly any games in € but plenty in $?

Should € not be the most used currency on the site?

Players can have € balances, the exchange rates are very good in Stars cashier. So it doesn't matter that much if games are in € or $.

Besides, not that many PS.com players are in eurozone. There's pretty much only Germany and a few smaller countries there.

The USD is still the global standard for online poker games. To a slightly lesser extent, it's the standard for online casinos, though that's changed more in recent years.

Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, North America, Australian Continent.

Much of Europe doesn't use Euro, eg eastern europe and UK.
Several Eurozone countries don't use pokerstars.com eg france, italy some scandinavian.

    Other Big Country Users:
Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Canada, China, India, Russia,

Hmm perhaps the euro isn't the most common currency, anyone for a game in Rubles?

Aw man has UK been relegated to "small country" status now? It's bad enough we lost our AAA credit rating, now we're a small nation too? This sucks.

We don't use the dollar either. We use monopoly money here, it's worth more than sterling.
