    Default OESD played badly given stack sizes?

    Hy!

    I have to say that I don´t look at his stack size and feel bad when he raises and I see that I have just prized me in for a call when I´m behind. I see it as a big mistake. Am I right?

    36 hands on my opponent 17/17 Cbet 100% (1)

    And just as a general question:
    If the stack sizes would be ok would you say it´s better to reraise this flop or the same flop when there are for example two hearts on board?

    Because I bet as a semi bluff I tend to this board because there´s more Fold Equity.

    I'm not sure I like flatting pre, especially with his stack size ( which you said you didn't notice ), I probably fold.

    As played, happy to get it in on that flop.

    If there were 2 hearts on board, I would be more inclined to just call the flop as 2 of our outs may be no good so we don't want the pot getting too big on the flop.

    Villain is short. I gotta figure we have good equity here when we get allin vs villains range with likely overs and OESD.

    That's not even accounting the % of times he just folds to our raise, which is probably not negligible.

    I don't have stove here at work, but if someone can stove 78,89,T8,88,T9, all sets, Tx+ etc. I'd imagine it will be like 39-41% or something close to that.

    So my rough in my head estimate is that he has to fold about 50% of the time to our raise for raise/calling to be profitable. This doesn't seem too out of line but we'd need more information on villain.

    If villain was deeper I'm more likely to call down, cause I don't think we'd have great equity vs his stacking off range.

    Ok, I stoved all suited and non suited and came on 38%...

    But I have to say that I don´t believe his range is that wide. Do you really think we can include all this stuff griffey?
    I mean, it does not make too much difference I think, but I would want to discount at least the offsuit versions of 98 and so, and also some K10o- stuff because he´s Middle Position and 17/17. Do you disagree? Or is that what you mean we need more information on villian?

    @cobra
    Flatting this pre is not my standard line here. Did it because we played 7 handed and just sometimes I like to mix it up a bit.

    Sure you can remove the offsuit hands, not sure how much that changes the equity.

    Try to only put suited hands and see what difference that makes. I'm going to assume not too much.

    Yeah, when we discount some/most of the non suited stuff its about 35-38%. So not much difference.

    @rpm
    Sorry, forgot you
    Yeah, a shove would be fine too (given the fact, that next time I look at the stack sizes)
