Default My 10nl Stats 17.5K hands

I have been having some trouble at 10nl since BF....
I cashed out of my previous site where I was doing fine, started back at Pokerstars at 5nl, killed it and went to 10nl where I am basically BE over a 17K stretch.

I am very dissapointed in my redline, which was about level at 5nl but its really bad at 10nl...

I have been told a few things at another site to get me started:
    1) Stealing probably too much from BTN/SB. Even though my success at it is good, when I dont take it pre I probably lose bigger pots trying to take it down with cbets and some 2x barrels.
    2) Tighten up in the first 2 spots: I was advised that I could consider ditching AQ, and 22-55 UTG/UTG+1
    3) I think this one is key; I can put players on decent ranges....but I dont know how to play against those ranges....

I have a hard time pinpointing what my issues are.....any help is appreciated!

Just a hunch, but you probably double barrel boards that shouldn't be doubled barreled.

    w$wsf way too low

you play too fit or fold post. fight for pots, bluff raise cbets etc.

classic spot where preflop stats look awesome but you aren't crushing. I mean 15-13-4 sounds just great...

more iso, more aggro from MP3 through button. Steal more from the cutoff. Don't hit autofold buttons when you're dealt a hand in blinds or co/bu. Raise cbets when villain has ace high and your range includes top set. Raise some draws. Calling flop c-bets is fine if you have a plan. But you seem to do it too often. You 3b more often from bb than you do from the button - think about this and position in hands where you see a flop, also about how weak your ranges are from say mp2-co and how you deal opening from these spots and facing a 3b from co/bu, then remember that reg villains have the same weak ranges and the same dislike of calling 3bets oop.

Good chance you call too often postflop, e.g. you probably check-call too many spots where you should check-fold, and bet-call flop check-fold turn in too many spots where you should bet-fold flop.

you are not stealing too much necessarily. If you are entering unopened pots for the same size preflop in all positions then change this. How often does a 2.5x bu steal have to work vs a 4x bu steal?

can definitely dump 22-55 unless they are both red on thursdays or both black on fridays. Hands suck as KQs and J9s can play well from ep, particularly if 1 - there are no difficult loose players in lp, and 2 - there are bad players in the blinds. Think on it - if you miss the flop with 33, how many outs vs villain's continuing range on T64rb, how about with KQs?

First step is to think about how villains will play these ranges. Then act to maximise your value. If they will only call a bet with that part of their range that beats you, but will stab when checked to with their entire range, then? Sometimes this means sizing, sometimes this means action.

Luck: I 2x barrel sometimes. Obv when a K or A hits I will but I also will double barrel low boards that shouldnt help villains in hopes that they may fold their 99 or TT on a 8 high board. Its def a spot I am not great at.

Micro: I've had everyone tell me that, that W$WSF is too low....thats why I try to 2x barrel more but it seems to get worse. I had started to really pay attention to the flops and I'm raising more when villain cbet me, esp if they are raising from MP and their range is a bit wider.

Daven: I dont iso much, not like I used to in 5nl. I dont find a lot of limpers it seems....steal more from the co? yeesh....sometimes thats where I feel my problem is...I raise, have my cbet called and I know I'm behind, so I have to c/f the turn

I 3bet more in the blinds b/c I will 3bet hands like 22-55, KQ and sometimes AQ whereas I feel I can call profitably on the BTN with KQ, AQ (vs a co raiser, not EP).

I 4x all early positions but I 3x the CO and I 3x on the BTn vs unknowns. If the blinds are known to fold lots to steals then I 2.5x

Your last point will take practice....
I spent a long time looking at HH and I was ok at ranges but yeah, no clue how to play against them...
