i'm raise/calling this river without too much guilt when he shows us one of the 4 combos. i imagine he can he have 44 some non-zero % of the time. as well as nut flushes some non-zero %.

edit: ok 5 combos if he has the 1 straight flush combo in his range.

Given that a good percentage of his potential boat combos would have 3bet the flop, and that 68 could potentially even be over-playing to stack 6x, makes it a pretty easy call for me.

Wat? You misread the board me thinks...

This is a super easy call. He is usually re-raising the flop with all sets and with 65hh.

Seriously dude, you need to stop allowing results to cloud your reasoning so much, no matter how bad you're running at the moment.

^ this man speaks truth. as easy as it is for me (or any other forum poster) to say "stop being results-oriented", we most certainly get a ton of value from the range this guy calls a small river raise with, and we also can definitely call his shove with a positive expectation. though i realise when you are running particularly badly every decision without the nuts feels questionable. grind it out man, you clearly have a good grasp of how/why/where money flows in poker. and by knowing that, i'm sure you know how much of a complete bastard this game can be, especially when you fixate your mind on how much money you've made/lost in the last day/week/month/year. you played this hand well, and you are a winning player in the games you play. running bad sucks, and i hope you come out of this bad streak with a stronger poker mind and a higher winrate as a result.

Ive acepted this - it is a little difficult to post without being a little results orientated when you arent a pro and are effectivly b/e for 200k hands.

The one thing i would say is that if the hardest hands im playing at the moment are those where im trying to outthink myself then this says my game is in reasonable shape.

However - i couldnt see a hand i beat here 200bbs deep - while its stakes below where i normally play, the hand is still valid and for me a river fold despite everyones lolcall

I mean what shoves over a raise on the river for 150bbs more when i have the bottom nut hand? Fair enough this is 6max and not FR this time so my range of hands could be off.

This tends to just be more math practice for me
