Normally, I don't like passive play but since almost every draw on the board completes on the river then it'd be really hard for him to call.

If you're getting the money in I like getting it in on the turn since villain seems to like his hand. But the question is what hands is he barreling 80% pot on this board. AK/AQ/77+? On the river you've turned your hand into a bluff - I like it vs someone who has a fold button, but if not it's spew.

Would not call preflop in 22 hand unless I knew he only 3bet KK+.

I guess betting river is ok to fold out KK/QQ/JJ/TT (sometimes he might call) but we also fold out 77/88/99 which we could just check and win against since he won't bet them. His range is quite strong by the river given he could have been barreling Axdd (even stuff like AJ) and clubs.

Any reads on his turn cbet stat?

I'll bite. What worse hands call this river bet? Is this villain really calling 66-99?. Looks like a bluff to me.

If it's not turning his hand into a bluff, then what is villain barreling the turn and calling the river with that's worse than TT
